How much do you charge for delivery?

Free delivery to New Zealand.

How do I start a refund?

You may return items within 14 days if they are faulty or if you change your mind. However, for change-of-mind returns, you will need to cover all transport costs. We recommend visiting our pick-up point in St Johns Auckland to inspect products before purchasing if you wish to. Please be aware that we do not accept returns for damaged items.

Auckland: 1-2 Business Days

Out of Auckland: 3-5 Business Days
